Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Epitec is a company focused on providing top-tier recruiting services, and they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to handle high-priority hiring needs for their automotive client. The role involves driving high-volume recruitment and collaborating with business units to meet staffing goals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Partner with business units and HR to crush recruiting goals
Advise leaders on staffing strategies, policies, and best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally to align hiring strategies with headcount plans
Transform workforce plans into creative, cost-effective, and lightning-fast recruiting solutions
Educate hiring teams on best practices and ensure a seamless interview process
Maintain ATS integrity and compliance with all policies and laws
Drive candidate experience excellence from start to finish
Contribute to new HR programs and process improvements
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of recruiting experience
Bachelor's Degree
Recruiting expertise: sourcing (LinkedIn/Indeed), screening, interviewing, onboarding
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment
Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred
ATS proficiency (Workday experience preferred)
