Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through job postings, social media outreach, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & CRM
Support team members in managing the hiring pipeline and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry hiring trends
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
Preferred
Experience in sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
