Miller Klein Group, LLC is a boutique venture capital firm seeking an Executive Assistant to primarily support the CEO and provide occasional support to other senior leadership in New York City. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling communications and ad-hoc requests.

Responsibilities
Manage professional/personal calendars
Coordinate complex domestic/international travel including itineraries and logistics
Manage expenses
Schedule and organize company activities including investment committee and leadership retreat
Serve as point of contact for internal and external communications
Be point of contact for CEO’s networks
Assist with prioritizing his schedule
This EA will handle any ad-hoc requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5-10 years of experience supporting senior leadership
Financial services, professional services, or real estate industry experience
Provide strong customer service
Able to build strong relationships with counterparts
Maintain high level of discretion in handling sensitive information
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong technical skills (MS Office)
Dedication to work outside of office hours as needed
Preferred
German language proficiency preferred
