Amentum is a company supporting national missions, and they are seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Analyst to join their Missile Defense Division. The Proposal Analyst will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and submitting proposals to ensure compliance and competitiveness in response to Government requests.

Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and audit proposal documents to include Basis of Estimate (BOE), Bill of Materials (BOM), Cost Proposal, and other documents as required by the Government customer

Respond to Task Order proposal requests from the Government

Track proposal due dates and develop and maintain schedules with Task Order teams

Analyze proposed costs and review for accuracy

Lead proposal kick-off and development meetings

Administer multiple proposal efforts

Coordinate with technical and program management teams on proposal documents

Conduct other proposal development duties as assigned

Maintain proposal files in SharePoint and internal shared drive

Effectively communicate summary of proposal status to management

Must have 4, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience

Must have 2, or more, years of directly related experience in one or more of the following areas: Proposal Development, Cost/Price Analysis, Business Operations

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
