Responsibilities

Develop and maintain control system logic, user interfaces, and system configurations that support conference rooms and collaboration environments
Involved throughout the project lifecycle, from design and programming through commissioning and ongoing system support

Qualification

AV control systems programmingAV signal flow understandingUser interface designAV integration experienceRelevant certificationsTroubleshooting skillsDocumentation skillsCollaboration skills

Required

Experience programming and configuring AV control systems (Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron, AMX, or similar)
Strong understanding of AV signal flow, system architecture, and control logic
Experience designing user interfaces and system workflows for AV environments
Ability to collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and field technicians
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable documenting system designs, configurations, and programming standards
Experience supporting and maintaining deployed AV systems

Preferred

AV integration experience strongly preferred
Relevant certifications (Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron, CTS, CTS-I) are desired
