Program Analyst, Journeyman (ESI 0177)

Responsibilities

Position supports NAWCADs Program Management Department (PMD) and the Heavy-Lift Helicopter Program Office (PMA-261)
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives; analyzes and/or tracks program/project requirements, status, budgets, and schedules; performs management, technical, and/or business case analyses; collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs; and applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management

Required

BA/BS degree and three (3) to ten (10) years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: AA/AS degree with an additional two (2) years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional four (4) years of experience
Possess/retain an active Secret Level DoD security clearance
