Responsibilities

This resource will each be allocated to the recruiting and HCM function

This team has over 420 integrations of data going in and out of the application at a time, and these specialists will be in charge of going into Workday and integrating other systems over to workday

This is NOT a production support role, this is HANDS ON

Required

7+ years working within Workday Integrations

Exp with workday extend

5+ years of Core HCM experience

3+ years with recruiting experience

Knowledge of Workday business process, core setup, and security framework

Deep understanding of Workday data model, corporate system architecture, interfaces, reporting, and data loading procedures

Attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-through

Ability to convey ideas and recommendations to a wide variety of audiences at all levels in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications

Strong expertise in cloud-based multi-tenant systems

Experience working with offshore teams

Experience with workday implementation and all day to day processes

Good communication, self starter, eager to learn
