Navigate Search is a growing professional services firm based in Chicago, IL, seeking a Trust & Estate Manager, Senior Manager, or Director to support and expand its fiduciary tax practice. This role involves managing complex tax returns, advising high-net-worth clients, and coordinating with advisors to ensure comprehensive client support.

Responsibilities

Manage and review complex trust and estate income tax returns and related filings

Advise clients on fiduciary income tax, estate, and gift tax matters

Coordinate closely with attorneys, wealth advisors, and internal teams to support client needs

Research and resolve complex technical issues and document tax positions

Review work prepared by staff and provide technical guidance and mentoring

Support the continued development and long-term direction of the trust and estate practice

Required

Significant experience in trust and estate taxation

Strong technical expertise and prior review experience
