Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic project management plans

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and typically a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
Project management experience, including the ability to develop SWD project plans in a manufacturing/factory environment, scheduling, manage budgets including EV (earned value) techniques, manage R&Os and lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion
Experience developing business cases and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Raytheon Project Management level 6 certification and/or PMP certification
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Experience with Product management tools (Jira, DevOps, etc.)
Experience with transition to production of software products, automation systems or similar
Experience with Capital funding
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Knowledge of relevant business sectors, have established relationships with leaders, and be familiar with the product lines, customer base, and manufacturing operations
