Virtual Financial Advisor
SoTalent is seeking a Virtual Financial Advisor to drive sales growth through proactive client engagement and delivery of high-quality virtual investment experiences. This role focuses on building new client relationships, expanding an existing book of business, and promoting investment products and services while collaborating with branch teams.
Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional virtual client experience with a strong focus on service excellence
Proactively engage prospective and existing clients to identify investment needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Achieve and exceed individual sales and growth targets through consultative conversations
Build and expand a personal book of business through outbound outreach and relationship development
Collaborate closely with branch partners to support client acquisition and retention
Operate with strong attention to detail, accountability, and efficiency to meet personal and branch goals
Continuously enhance product knowledge, advisory skills, and communication capabilities
Adapt quickly to evolving business priorities, tools, and client expectations
Qualification
Required
Active FINRA licenses: Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 65 and 63 combination)
Active life insurance license
Proven record of high sales performance, ideally in financial services or investment products
Experience delivering sales and service through virtual and phone-based channels
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment
