Responsibilities

Deliver multiple interconnected programs on time and on budget

Build and maintain detailed program plans with clear ownership, timelines, and dependencies

Establish and track portfolio-level KPIs (data accuracy, performance, adoption, timelines)

Identify resource conflicts and trade-offs; provide clear recommendations to leadership

Solve complex delivery challenges with creativity and technical rigor

Build strong relationships across engineering, business, and executive stakeholders

Develop stakeholder analyses and communication strategies

Communicate status, risks, and change impacts to varied audiences

Support change management and adoption across teams

Align data engineering, BI, database, and infrastructure teams toward shared goals

Lead program and portfolio meetings

Deliver weekly and monthly status reporting for technical and executive audiences

Document program decisions, technical designs, data lineage, and operating procedures

Maintain issue logs, escalation paths, and action tracking

Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers

Develop mitigation plans and escalate trade-offs with impact analysis

Manage scope change and ensure informed decision-making

Continuously adapt approach based on lessons learned
