Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive multimedia learning modules utilizing tools such as Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and video editing software
Apply instructional design principles including ADDIE methodology to create effective training content tailored for adult learners
Develop curriculum and instructional materials aligned with learning objectives, incorporating visual design, graphics, and multimedia elements
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content requirements and translate them into engaging instructional materials
Incorporate best practices for online learning technologies such as LMS integration, SCORM compliance, and Blackboard platforms
Conduct research on emerging trends in learning technology and adult education to continuously improve content quality
Proofread and review all content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before deployment
Facilitate training sessions or presentations to demonstrate new learning modules or technology tools when necessary
Maintain organized documentation of project workflows, version control, and content repositories

Required

Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related roles within adult education or corporate training environments

4–7 years of experience in multimedia learning development, video production, or enablement content creation
Strong hands-on experience with Camtasia, Articulate Rise, Adobe InDesign, and PowerPoint
Experience editing and packaging technical content for partner or field audiences
Solid visual design skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating with SMEs and enablement stakeholders
