Required

Valid driver's license
Operator will be expected to successfully obtain their equipment operator license for forklifts and pallet jacks within 30 days of hire
High School Diploma
Experience with ERP/WMS programs. MS Office
1 year experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
Organization, attention to detail, and strong communications skills are required
Strong computer skills are required for this role
Ability to read and interpret quality documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups
Ability to apply mathematical operations and concepts to solving quality process-related problems
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
