Business Development Executive
PakLab is a company focused on manufacturing solutions, and they are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth and manage customer relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities to meet growth objectives
Manage and nurture current customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Demonstrate thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and manufacturing processes; apply them to sales strategies
Utilize expertise in packettes/satchets development to enhance value propositions and customer solutions
Lead and contribute to project status meetings and new product development initiatives
Create annual sales goals and develop action plans with supervisor input to meet those targets
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., R&D, operations, quality) to support timely and efficient execution of client projects
Work independently while maintaining active communication with management and cross-functional teams
Maintain accurate documentation of sales activity, forecasts, and expense reports
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
Experience in the health and beauty industry, specifically within contract manufacturing for skin care, hair care, or OTC products
Proven track record in business development and sales roles, ideally in a manufacturing or packaging environment
This position requires the ability to travel, including outside of regular business hours, to attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
