Responsibilities

Identifying and consolidating duplicate Accounts, Contacts, and Companies in Salesforce

Manually transferring information between records and removing redundant entries

Maintaining clean and accurate datasets across Salesforce and Excel

Preparing and formatting data for mass uploads related to active transactions

Ensuring the correct companies, contacts, and counterparties are associated with each deal

Executing repetitive data entry tasks with accuracy and speed

Supporting general administrative data needs across the firm

Qualification

Required

Experienced data maintenance person, early-career professional, or recent college graduate is preferred

Strong attention to detail

Familiarity with Excel (sorting, formatting, entering data)

Familiarity with Salesforce is helpful, but training can be provided

Ability to communicate effectively with team members

High level of motivation and individual initiative

Good sense of humor is a must
