Outside Sales

Citadel Access Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales professional to drive business growth through direct client engagement and relationship building. The role focuses on identifying new sales opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts while delivering tailored access solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling to generate new business opportunities
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits tailored to client needs
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business challenges and providing effective solutions
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and proposals to management
Attend industry events and trade shows to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in outside sales or a similar client-facing sales role, preferably within the access solutions or security industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within the assigned sales territory
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline
Experience with technical sales or knowledge of access control systems and security products
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment
Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
Additional certifications related to sales or security systems are a plus
