Community Manager
Responsibilities
Build and execute short- and long-term community growth and customer acquisition strategies
Monitor community sentiment, identify needs and concerns, and share insights with internal teams
Cultivate relationships with key community members and brand advocates
Track and report on community health using analytics tools
Support and engage community members across major platforms and at industry events
Manage content calendars, moderate channels, and run surveys, polls, and meet-ups
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or equivalent experience
3+ years in community management or marketing
Strong grasp of community management practices, social platforms, and engagement tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing YouTube, Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook communities
Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams
Preferred
familiarity with software development or the video-game industry
