The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy and execution for a portfolio of licensed APIs consumed by external partners, requiring a mix of product leadership, technical fluency, and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for API products: strategy, roadmap, launch, and optimization
Define packaging and pricing inputs aligned with revenue goals and compliance requirements
Translate enterprise and developer needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable, well-documented APIs with versioning and deprecation strategies
Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships on enterprise deals, technical diligence, and licensing terms
Work with Legal/Compliance to embed entitlements and redistribution controls into product workflows
Track and report KPIs: API usage, latency, uptime, error rates, revenue contribution, retention, and customer satisfaction
Enhance developer experience through documentation, onboarding guides, and change communication

Required

5+ years in Product Management with direct ownership of API or B2B SaaS products
Experience with data/content licensing or financial information products
Technical fluency with REST APIs, authentication (OAuth, API keys), and integration workflows
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Legal/Compliance
Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable with KPI-driven decisions

Preferred

Background in financial media, market data, fintech, or capital markets
Familiarity with licensing models, enterprise contracts, and usage-based pricing
Experience supporting sales-led growth and participating in RFPs, security reviews, and QBRs
Ownership of API versioning/deprecation, SLAs, and developer ecosystem initiatives
