Responsibilities

Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various FMS programs

With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the SAMM and the ITAR as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance

Required

Over Ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description

Experience related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management

A demonstrated working knowledge of DOD SAP policies and procedures relating to FMS is required

Experience with identifying programmatic requirements for FMS agreements and responding to LOA, P&A, RFI and RFP is required

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Suite and possess technical skills in Microsoft Office i.e. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, etc.)

Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, deployment, and sustainment of systems, subsystems, and equipment

Demonstrated knowledge of the Security Assistance/Security Cooperation (SA/SC) programs to include the understanding of the FMS sales process from case development to implementation, execution, and closure in accordance with the SAMM

Senior - MA/MS degree

U.S. Citizenship required

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
