Responsibilities
Helping plan and pull off events that reflect who we are—coordinating logistics like venues, vendors, swag, catering, and more
Pitching in on event day—welcoming guests, answering questions, and making sure things run smoothly from start to finish
Keeping our RSVP lists and attendee spreadsheets neat and up to date
Helping manage and organize our event storage, keeping track of inventory, and checking things in and out
Supporting communications and programming around department and team events
Serving as a go-to for venue and vendor information
Jumping in to support your teammates wherever needed (excluding licensed activities), because that’s how we roll
Qualification
Required
Background in event planning, hospitality, or customer service
Translatable skills and relevant expertise
Dedicated work ethic
Ability to manage multiple details, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills
Ability to excel in fast-paced, results-driven environments
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to adapt to last-minute changes and unexpected challenges
Confidence using basic computer technologies
