B2B Intern

FreshDirect is New York’s leading online fresh food grocer, delivering high-quality produce and food solutions. The B2B Intern will support the Business-to-Business team across various functions including sales operations and account management.

Responsibilities

Support B2B Account Managers with day-to-day account activities, including order tracking, customer inquiries, and follow-ups
Assist with onboarding new B2B customers, including account setup, documentation, and product education
Analyze sales, order, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders
Conduct market and competitor research within the foodservice and wholesale grocery space
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Marketing teams
Assist with special projects related to process improvement, customer experience, and revenue growth

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Strong interest in B2B sales, account management, foodservice, or e-commerce
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

Preferred

Previous internship or work experience in sales, customer service, operations, or hospitality
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or data tools
Interest in the food, grocery, or hospitality industries
