Prysmian is the world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry, and they are seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering group. The role involves planning and directing activities to improve productivity, quality, and capacity while overseeing the development and application of new manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement activities to achieve the annual plan of proficiency projects

Lead and enforce the culture of safety, health and environment in their work team and daily tasks

Recruit, develop and guide resources to improve total performance and productivity

Prepare and update annually the capital plan to support the business plan and manage capital project execution within budget and timeline

Review and evaluate the key performance indicator (KPI) on an ongoing basis and identify area for improvements

Provide direction of work plans, in addition to ensuring the development of generating multi-skills of operational personnel on equipment under their responsibility

Develop and maintain process standards, procedures and specifications to ensure consistent product quality

Direct supervision and development of the process engineering group made of 6 process engineers and 2 process technicians
