The Davis Companies is seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Order Administration / Customer Support Associate to join their Corporate Headquarters team. In this role, you will be responsible for order entry, initiating shipments, and processing invoices while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and supporting the organization’s revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Administer quotes and orders in the company’s ERP system and Salesforce

Prepare quotes for billable services, parts, and consumables for both internal and external customers

Follow up with customers regarding the status of service requests, purchase orders, and back ordered parts

Prepare and organize shipment documentation for customer orders

Monitor support calls and provide customers with timely updates on service status

Maintain and update customer equipment files and relevant master data in the ERP system

Maintain accurate records of service reports and equipment installation acceptances

Deliver high quality customer service through fast, reliable, and knowledgeable support

Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the Customer Support Center and other departments

Required

Experience working in an ERP environment; familiarity with SAP SD module is highly preferred

Ability to quickly learn new systems and applications
