Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent) - 2+ years
Experience with design systems and reusable components - 2-3+ years
Experience leading user workshops and facilitating sessions - 2+ years
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices (ADA) - 1+ years
UI/UX experience - 3-5+ years
Including a portfolio link is a plus
