Responsibilities
Provide high-level direction, mentorship, and rigorous code reviews for a team of data engineers and developers
Architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines leveraging Snowflake, dbt, and Azure Data Factory (ADF) using modern ELT/ETL practices
Design and maintain robust APIs and event-based integrations via the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to ensure seamless cross-system connectivity
Drive the transition of legacy data flows into modern, cloud-native architectures
Partner with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical realities
Establish and enforce best practices for CI/CD, automated testing, and comprehensive data governance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership capacity leading data or integration teams
Deep expertise in Snowflake (data modeling, SnowPipe, Streaming, SnowSQL) and advanced SQL optimization
Proven experience in API development using Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and Runtime Manager
Hands-on experience with dbt and Azure Data Factory for transformation and data model orchestration
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven) and automated testing frameworks
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams within Agile delivery models across enterprise-level projects
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
