Grasshopper Kids is a company that partners with schools to deliver enrichment programming, and they are seeking a Market Launch & Partnerships Lead to expand into new regions. This entrepreneurial role involves building initial customer bases, establishing brand presence, and ensuring successful market launches while meeting the needs of school partners.

Responsibilities
Launch Grasshopper Kids in a new geographic market by identifying and securing early school partners
Build the initial pipeline from scratch through outbound outreach, referrals, and local relationship-building
Own and grow the full sales cycle from first contact through contract execution
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Act as the primary point of contact for early customers during market launch
Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure successful first program launches in the market
Gather market feedback to inform pricing, positioning, and operational strategy
Help develop, test, and refine market launch processes and sales playbook
Continue expanding the market by growing new partnerships after initial launch
Maintain accurate pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and insights using CRM tools
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, territory expansion, education sales, or marketplace/service-based growth roles
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building something from 0-1. You can operate independently, roll up your sleeves, and get things done
Excited by ambiguity and early-stage market building; comfortable defining success before it's fully mapped
Strong relationship builder with experience selling to schools, districts, or public-sector-adjacent organizations
Comfortable working in a hybrid role that includes frequent local travel (must reside in market)
Highly organized and disciplined with pipeline and account management
Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot highly preferred) and consultative sales methodologies
