Proven experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, configurations, and custom developments

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams effectively

Ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment
