Responsibilities
Create and maintain internal communications across multiple channels, ensuring messages are clear, on-brand, and visually engaging
Design and edit PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, intranet content, and print materials for internal teams and leadership
Support membership events and conferences, including e-marketing campaigns, printed materials, and presentation preparation
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop copy and visuals, translating ideas into polished, ready-to-use deliverables
Act as backup to the design team for high-priority projects as needed
Maintain internal platforms and support communication plans for strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in communications, graphic design, marketing, or a similar role
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Cvent)
Skilled at writing, editing, and translating content into compelling visuals
Experienced in supporting events or presentations, including coordinating materials and on-site support
Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
