Responsibilities
Ensure a safe and orderly work environment and comply with all established safety guidelines
Organizing and securing materials such as resin, boxes, and finished products
Performing routine post and pre-inspections to ensure suitable working nature of forklift
Ensure products meet or exceed quality guidelines
Ensures proper core extension, target roll weights, roll widths, and quality roll edges
Performs and understands how to do all QA tests
Maintains a scrap rate of - Good working knowledge of the NDC, how to correctly adjust die bolts, efficiently troubleshoot gauge bands, roll edge quality problems, shim out die lines, and any other lines issues
Operate computer systems associated with production lines, as needed
Complete and maintain required logs and records. Fill out the Production Report in its entirety
Use quality instruments and accurately document testing results
Performs all other duties as assigned from Supervisor
Prior production and/or manufacturing experience
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure
Team player willing to take on additional responsibility as needed to meet customer orders and expectations
Dependable, fast learner, good analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work overtime as needed and on short notice
Qualification
Required
Prior production and/or manufacturing experience
