Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, and Anti-Fraud programs
Design and manage controls for customer onboarding, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring
Conduct annual risk assessments and thematic reviews to identify and address vulnerabilities
Act as a liaison with external stakeholders, managing regulatory expectations and inquiries
Utilize data analytics and technology to enhance compliance processes and scalability
Develop and present reports on program performance and risk indicators to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
7+ years in compliance or financial crime risk management, with leadership experience
In-depth knowledge of AML regulations and standards
Strong analytical and project management skills
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or equivalent certification
Detail-oriented and effective in a dynamic, collaborative environment
Preferred
Experience with compliance technology and data analysis tools
Background in start-up or high-growth environments
Familiarity with cryptocurrency, digital assets, or payments compliance
