Responsibilities

Creating engaging digital content, product collateral, social media posts, articles, and press releases
Developing and managing email marketing and nurture programs to support lead generation
Collaborating with agencies to execute paid search, paid social, and SEO campaigns
Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and recommending improvements
Maintaining brand consistency across all content and campaigns
Managing a structured content calendar for social media and thought leadership pieces
Staying informed on industry trends and digital marketing best practices

Required

Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
Have 5+ years of experience in content and performance marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
Have strong writing and editing skills for digital and print content
Have hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and nurture campaigns
Have familiarity with SEO, paid search, and paid social strategies; agency experience is a plus
Have proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) for performance optimization
Have excellent project management and organizational skills
