Corporate Support Specialist
WMH Solutions is a leader in material handling with over 35 years of experience. They are seeking a Corporate Aftermarket Support Specialist to provide support across various teams, ensuring smooth operations in aftermarket services and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Support parts, service, warranty, and equipment inquiries
Assist with repair coordination, customer updates, and documentation
Troubleshoot OEM portal issues and ticket escalations
Support Linde and other OEM programs, policies, and compliance
Partner with Service Managers, Parts Teams & Regional Directors
Track open work orders, backorders, parts shortages & ETA updates
Support quoting, scheduling, PM programs & service contracts
Monitor fleet health, uptime & preventive maintenance compliance
Help standardize best practices across Service, Parts, Warranty & Support
Assist with KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement
Support corporate initiatives: safety, productivity, efficiency, and CX
Track EHS compliance, OSHA training, and required certifications
Monitor technician safety modules and documentation
Coordinate new-hire technician onboarding & OEM training
Partner with Corporate EHS, Regional Directors & Service Leaders
Qualification
Required
Experience in material handling, forklifts, heavy equipment, dealership, or aftermarket operations
Exposure to parts, service, warranty, logistics, or customer support
Strong communication & coordination skills
Tech-savvy with systems, tracking & reporting
Highly organized, detail-driven, reliable
Problem-solver mindset under pressure
