Responsibilities
Serve as mechanical lead for assigned plant areas
Design and implement mechanical systems, machines, and conveying equipment
Lead capital projects ($50K–$5M) from design through commissioning
Create and manage drawings, BOMs, and documentation using Autodesk tools
Support continuous improvement, corrective actions, and equipment reliability
Coordinate with vendors and contractors; ensure safety and compliance
Qualification
Required
BS in Mechanical Engineering
5+ years mechanical engineering experience
Strong 3D modeling (SolidWorks, Inventor)
Experience with AutoCAD Mechanical, Inventor, Vault
Strong knowledge of machine design, hydraulics, and conveying systems
