Digital Marketing Specialist
RAPIDFORT is seeking a senior, data-driven performance marketing and demand generation expert to own analysis and optimization across paid digital channels. This role focuses on turning performance data into actionable recommendations that influence budget allocation, lead quality, and pipeline impact.
Responsibilities
Analyze performance across:
LinkedIn Ads
Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, Display)
Reddit Ads
Website and funnel performance via GA4
Conduct deep GA4 analysis to understand user behavior, conversion paths, and funnel drop-offs
Identify high-performing campaigns, keywords, audiences, and creatives
Own recommendations on budget allocation and scaling decisions based on ROI, CPQL, and pipeline contribution
Evaluate and optimize:
Cost per lead (CPL) and cost per qualified lead (CPQL)
Impression share and keyword competitiveness
Conversion rates across landing pages and funnel stages
Build clear dashboards and reporting for marketing leadership and executive stakeholders
Partner with demand generation, content, and sales teams to align spend with ICP and revenue goals
Design, execute, and analyze ongoing tests (creative, audience, channel, landing page)
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or digital growth
Proven expertise with LinkedIn Ads
Proven expertise with Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, Display)
Proven expertise with Google Analytics (GA4)
Proven expertise with Reddit Ads
Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, enterprise sales cycles, and lead quality vs. volume tradeoffs
Experience analyzing multi-channel attribution and full-funnel performance
Background marketing cybersecurity, network security, Kubernetes, or cloud-native infrastructure products
Ability to translate complex performance data into clear, executive-ready insights
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment with direct impact on revenue
