Responsibilities

Act as the internal technical lead for Dynamics 365

Work day-to-day with an external D365 consulting partner

Review technical designs, configurations, customizations, and integrations

Help make decisions on architecture, integrations, and data migration

Do hands-on configuration and troubleshooting when needed

Support testing, go-live, and post–go-live stabilization

Help keep the solution simple, scalable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices
