Responsibilities

As a Verathon Sales Representative you will strategically manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope® product line
You will execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis
You will generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influence customers by delivering presentations to customers including creative solutions to their problems
You will manage the relationships with key customer stakeholders like Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts
You will generate a high volume of sales activity by in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations
You will forecast your business potential in order to ensure your sales pipeline supports the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
You will learn new industry and market information that allows you to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy
You will engage in strategic business planning and execution and provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree
2+ years B2B outside sales experience
Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine)
Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
Must reside within territory, Boise, ID preferred
Required overnight travel is 8-12 nights per month, on average, to cover territory that includes western Idaho and the state of Montana
Required to travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meeting, regional meetings and in person training, as needed
