Responsibilities

Configure, patch, and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
Manage and enforce compliance and security policies across all managed endpoints
Maintain up-to-date device configurations and ensure proper software deployment
Leverage automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) to streamline workflows
Manage and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive
Administer user accounts, permissions, licensing, and security configurations
Provide troubleshooting and support for collaboration tools and related integrations
Utilize Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools to automate tasks, improve productivity, and assist with IT documentation
Work within the ticketing system (e.g., Manage Engine or equivalent) to track, resolve, and document incidents and requests
Provide support for onboarding, offboarding, and general end-user issues
Troubleshoot hardware, network, OS, and application problems (Wi-Fi, VPN, mobile devices, Adobe, Zoom, etc.)
Deliver onsite and remote support as required
Perform hardware setup, office moves, and manage physical IT assets
Maintain accurate IT hardware and software inventory, ensuring accountability and lifecycle tracking
Coordinate with procurement for hardware refreshes and software renewals
Work closely with the Helpdesk and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth IT operations
Demonstrate a strong ability and willingness to learn new technologies as required by business needs

Required

7–10 years of overall IT support experience Only
2–3 years of experience in a Lead or Mentorship role
Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot (policy deployment, patching, and device management)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support
Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Manage Engine, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management)
Familiarity with VPN, remote access, and network troubleshooting
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be available onsite, 5 days a week
Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, scripting, or similar)
Knowledge of inventory or asset management systems
Familiarity with hardware lifecycle management and procurement coordination
Prior exposure to AI-driven IT solutions (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
