RJM Technologies is seeking a Lead PeopleSoft Pension Module Consultant to support a highly customized PeopleSoft Pension Administration environment for a large public sector organization. The role focuses on stabilizing, enhancing, and supporting pension processing, calculations, compliance, and integrations across PeopleSoft HCM and pension systems.

Responsibilities

Enhance, modify, and troubleshoot pension processes, calculations, and estimates within PeopleSoft Pension Administration
Implement and support customizations required to comply with pension legislation, regulatory rules, and collective bargaining agreements
Maintain and improve legacy pension data converted into the centralized PeopleSoft pension platform
Configure pension rules for eligibility, participation, vesting, consolidation of hours and earnings, and benefit formulas
Support bolt-on pension applications including pension loans and related systems
Integrate pension processing with other PeopleSoft HCM modules
Support retiree payroll, annual actuarial valuations, cost of living adjustments, and service purchase buybacks
Provide leadership and technical guidance in a complex, public-sector pension environment

Required

Deep experience with PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleSoft Pension Administration
Strong knowledge of pension configuration including service eligibility, vesting, benefit formulas, and earnings limits
Experience supporting public-sector pension systems and regulatory compliance
Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, XML/BI Publisher, and COBOL
Experience working with highly customized PeopleSoft pension environments
Ability to work independently and within a team in a mission-critical environment
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
US citizenship is required

Preferred

Experience supporting pension loan systems
Experience with actuarial reporting and valuation cycles
Experience with large, unionized or multi-tier pension plans
