Lead process improvements, PFMEAs, and corrective/preventive actions
Investigate and resolve chronic manufacturing performance issues
Optimize blending, mixing, encapsulation, and batch scaling processes
Conduct process trials, lab experiments, and data-driven analysis
Support new product and clinical trial technical assessments
Mentor engineers and technicians while building a robust process knowledge base
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science/Engineering, or related field
Expertise in powder characterization, blending, and bulk material handling
Deep knowledge of PFMEAs, DOE, and structured problem-solving methods
Hands-on experience with lab equipment, pilot testing, and GLP standards
Advanced skills in Minitab, Visio, and project scheduling tools
