NorthStar Memorial Group is looking for a Community Development Supervisor at Skylawn Funeral Home, Crematory and Memorial Park. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to families, focusing on celebrating life and providing compassionate service while leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
Hold daily meetings with sales advisors to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are being met
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
Ensure that all staff are trained on products and services, and understand what inventory and spaces are available
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service

Required

Bilingual in Vietnamese is Required
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving records (verified in the background check process)

A strong desire to assist families while earning a competitive income
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, outgoing, and energetic personality
