Change Management Specialist
Integration International Inc. is seeking a Change Management Specialist to facilitate the change management process. The role involves reviewing product structures and change requests, analyzing the impact of changes, and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with established procedures.
Responsibilities
Facilitate the change management process by reviewing product structures and information for accuracy
Review change requests to ensure documentation is clear, valid, and contains sufficient detail to effectively initiate and drive changes
Ensure all change requests conform to established change management principles and departmental procedures and requirements
Analyze the impact of changes on products, associated documentation, and components
Review changes to determine interchangeability and take appropriate actions
Maintain change process documentation to ensure alignment with current policies, procedures, and business practices
Facilitate the timely resolution of quality and operational issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Prior experience reviewing engineering changes, including drawings, procedures, and product structures, with strong attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively negotiate, persuade, and influence others
Strong ability to work independently and drive teams toward achieving common goals
Knowledge of Configuration Management principles and tools
Preferred
Background in Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, or IT-related fields
Prior experience using a PLM system (Matrix, Windchill, SmartSolve)
Prior experience using an ERP system (SAP)
