Responsibilities

Be part of high-growth, high-touch service lines (Concierge Medicine & Hormone Replacement Therapy) that are actively expanding and evolving within Colorado Mountain Medical – Vail Health
Join at a formative stage—your work will directly shape workflows, patient experience, and how these services scale over the next 1–2 years
Enjoy variety and autonomy: this role blends patient-facing clinical care, coordination, and system-wide support rather than repetitive single-clinic tasks
A dynamic, shared role supporting: Hormone Replacement Therapy (primary long-term focus), Concierge Medicine (steadily ramping service line), One Touch Resolution (1TR) and remote primary care support when clinic volume allows
A position designed to grow in responsibility and focus as HRT and Concierge volumes increase
Supporting providers who value efficiency, teamwork, and excellent patient experience—your work directly protects their time and reduces burnout

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 2 years experience with applicable patient care and administrative duties
Basic knowledge of medical terminology, medical equipment, HIPAA compliance and OSHA rules and regulations
One of the following is required prior to starting: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) by American Medical Technologist (AMT), National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) by the National Center for Competency Testing, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) by the National Healthcare Association, Medical Assistant Certification (MAC) by the American Medical Certification Association, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant by the National Association for Health Professionals
State of Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse or valid compact state license
State of Colorado Emergency Medical Technician license
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computer skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc
Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English

Preferred

Ability to perform venipunctures, administer injections, and initiate intravenous therapy
