They are seeking a driven and experienced Product Design Contractor to join their design team, focusing on creating elegant mobile experiences and optimizing user interactions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with design and leadership to map out and develop elegant, world-class experiences

Execute product initiatives end-to-end

Own your Figma documentation as a source of truth for product development and execution, including complex state management, information architecture, and user flows

Optimize and iterate on complex user experiences, including key conversion and growth funnels in-app

Advocate for user wellness, transparency, and delight

Contribute to our growing design system on a regular basis, leveraging advanced Figma functionalities that allow us to maintain consistency and speed in product development cycles

Discern when to apply pixel-perfect detail, and when to make sketches and prototypes to expand discussions

Prioritize and self-manage tasks, communicating timelines effectively
