Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to assess the current state of marketing asset repositories and identify requirements for convergence

Develop a playbook and roadmap for integrating repositories, aligning taxonomy, metadata standards, folder structures, and operational processes

Advise on best practices for digital asset management within regulated environments, ensuring scalability and compliance

Evaluate the integration of new AEM Cloud and enterprise DAM capabilities, including AI features such as smart tagging

Collaborate closely with our marketing operations, product, and tech teams to streamline workflows and support end-to-end content supply chain improvements

Serve as a subject matter expert through the migration and onboarding processes, offering tailored recommendations and strategic foresight

Work with key contacts including the DAM point person, product team, and external DAM partners to ensure all stakeholder needs are met
