Responsibilities
Visit a high volume of local restaurant prospects each week to introduce our platform and secure qualified meetings
Identify owners or key decision makers and build trust through short, in-person conversations
Deliver a clear and simple pitch on how our solutions help restaurants grow orders and reach new customers
Log all visits, conversations, and outcomes accurately in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Partner closely with senior sales team members on target accounts and follow-up plans
Plan and manage your daily route to maximize quality visits and meetings booked
Follow up with merchants via phone, text, and email to confirm meetings and maintain engagement
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets related to meetings set and downstream impact
Share feedback from the field to help improve messaging and approach
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience in outbound sales, field sales, canvassing, field marketing, or other customer-facing roles involving new business or sign-ups
Experience approaching people in person and handling frequent rejection
Ability to learn and clearly explain a value proposition
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory
Comfortable being on your feet most of the day
Preferred
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
Restaurant, food & beverage, retail, or local business experience is a plus
