Responsibilities

Review marketing materials using automated tools to ensure compliance with insurance regulations, brand standards, and product accuracy

Perform manual quality checks (spelling, grammar, formatting, metadata) and escalate items to Compliance when needed

Partner with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure materials are approved and market-ready on time

Manage asset lifecycles by tracking expirations, renewals, and removal of outdated or non-compliant materials

Maintain audit-ready documentation and help improve QA and compliance processes through automation

Required

Strong background supporting marketing teams within the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of Long Term Care (LTC) products

Familiarity with digital asset management and marketing workflow tools (Workfront, JIRA, Asana, MABEL or similar)

Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly

Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional partners

Working knowledge of insurance marketing regulations (NAIC guidelines, state DOI requirements)

Experience using marketing or regulatory technology and compliance tools (e.g., Marketing on Demand, InDesign, Ipipeline, PerformLine, Smarsh, Proofpoint, Hearsay)
