Brand Designer
SmithRx is a rapidly growing, venture-backed Health-Tech company dedicated to transforming the Pharmacy Benefit Management sector. They are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Brand Designer to produce high-fidelity brand assets that enhance their presence in the enterprise market, ensuring that all materials reflect the premium quality of the SmithRx brand.

Responsibilities
Design and iterate on high-stakes enterprise sales decks, lookbooks, and RFP responses that clearly communicate our value proposition
Create custom diagrams and infographics that simplify technical pharmacy benefit models
Ensure all presentation materials are optimized for both digital viewing and high-quality print production
Own the creation of all social media graphics (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) that align with our brand voice and marketing campaigns
Develop a library of reusable brand assets, icons, and templates to empower the broader team while maintaining visual consistency
Design collateral for industry events, including digital invitations, booth graphics, and high-quality swag
Act as a guardian of the SmithRx visual identity, ensuring consistent use of typography, color, and imagery across all platforms
Collaborate with marketing leads to bring campaign concepts to life through creative visual storytelling
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in brand design, with a heavy focus on presentation design and digital marketing assets
A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in layout design, typography, and the ability to turn complex data into beautiful visuals
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
Experience with Google Slides or PowerPoint for high-end deck production is essential
Ability to take a simple 'one-pager' concept and morph it into a polished, multi-page brand experience
A 'radically transparent' eye for detail—you catch the alignment issues and typos that others miss
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, from clinical experts to sales executives, to translate their needs into creative solutions
