Responsibilities
Develop consulting and insurance IQ by participating in formal and informal training opportunities
Gather and contribute research on industry developments, client activity, macro trends, etc
Analyze 3rd party and proprietary Aon transactional data
Convert insights into client value by synthesizing findings in the form of PowerPoint presentations for project delivery or business development purposes
Work collaboratively and communicate clearly in a team environment with colleagues and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Great teammate with independent work capability
Involvement in extracurricular activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desire to learn and embody Aon's values: integrity, client commitment, and community dedication
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in preferred majors: Math, Finance, Economics, Strategy Consulting
Rising senior, graduating between December 2026 - June 2027
