Responsibilities

Repairing delivered vehicles as new faults occur, while providing excellent customer experience in our direct to consumer model

Maintain and prepare test assets (prototypes, bucks, mules, and customer vehicles) for testing, evaluation, and demonstrations

Set up and conduct engineering experiments and tests, including functional tests, and field tests

Provide support for on-site and off-site testing

Assist in troubleshooting and failure analysis of components and subsystems

Adhere strictly to company safety and conduct policies

Required

AS in Automotive Technology or equivalent trade school plus 3-5 years automotive repair experience

Highly skilled in electronics and experienced with a wide range of vehicles and systems

Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment

Can-do spirit and get-it-done attitude

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
