Responsibilities
Draft and edit reinsurance contracts, supporting documentation, and related correspondence
Review expiring and new contract documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Coordinate with broker teams to clarify reinsurance terms and contractual obligations
Collaborate with brokers, clients, and markets to resolve coverage questions
Research regulatory guidelines, judicial rulings, and industry trends impacting reinsurance contracts
Contribute to the upkeep of a clause library and documentation standards
Ensure processing and quality standards are met across assigned accounts
Perform other related duties as assigned
Assist with our internal technology/application initiatives (prompt engineering, light coding work, data validation, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Rising seniors graduating between December 2026 - June 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Insurance/reinsurance knowledge (or coursework in contracts writing, risk management, etc.) is a plus
Strong written communication skills with advanced proficiency in English
Strategic and analytical thinking with basic math aptitude and problem-solving ability
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; adaptable to proprietary systems and platforms
